How much does AI automation cost?
Our AI Development Subscription costs €2,850/month excl. VAT. This is a fixed monthly rate with no hidden fees or hourly rates. You can pause or cancel at any time.
What about the privacy of my data?
Your data remains yours. We build solutions that comply with GDPR legislation. We preferably use APIs that only process data and do not store it for training public models.
Do you only work with AI?
No, AI is a powerful tool, but often a good data connection or a smart algorithm is the best solution. We always choose the most robust technology for your problem.
What is the average payback period?
For our AI automations, we often see a payback period of 3 to 6 months. Some projects, like time registration checks, even pay for themselves in just a few weeks.
Which software and systems can you integrate?
We integrate with virtually any system that offers an API: ERP packages like Exact Online, Odoo, and SAP, CRM systems, accounting software, Excel files, and internal databases. No API? We'll find an alternative connection method.
How long does a typical automation project take?
Within our subscription, we deliver requests in an average of 2 to 5 business days. A complete automation project — from intake to delivery — typically takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity.
What is the difference between AI automation and RPA?
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) follows fixed rules and clicks through screens. AI automation understands context, processes unstructured data like emails and documents, and recognizes patterns. We combine both as needed.
What if the automation doesn't work as expected?
We work iteratively: you review each delivery and provide feedback. Adjustments are included in the subscription. Moreover, you can pause or stop at any time — there is no long-term commitment.
Do you also offer hosting?
Yes, we can provide hosting on our own infrastructure or via Railway. Hosting is not included in the subscription and is charged separately.
