1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements of Visuasoft bv.

2. Quotes and Agreements

All quotes are non-binding unless otherwise indicated. An agreement is established after written confirmation by the customer.

3. Execution of Services

Visuasoft performs its services to the best of its ability (obligation of means). The customer ensures the timely delivery of all necessary information and data.

4. Payment

Invoices must be paid within the period stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, interest is due by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights to the developed software remain with Visuasoft, with the customer obtaining a right of use.

6. Liability

The liability of Visuasoft is limited to the amount of the invoice for the assignment in question.
